🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected service.

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or promotions.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (within [your country]): 3–7 business days.

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.

  • Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. MaxfloMotorsport is not responsible for delays due to customs.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is not a custom, clearance, or electrical item (which are non-returnable unless defective).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@maxflomotorsport.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
